"I had a short-term lease and spent six months living in this apartment complex; from my own perspective, it's a fantastic area to live. Positives: Across the street to Walmart Supercenter, and Target, CVS, Best Buy, etc. are all within walking distance. Close to a bus stop Large rooms with ample carpeted spaces Spacious storage with a private terrace Apartment building has elevator Rent includes water and internet. 50% discount for 1-month rent, if having a referral. Negative aspects: The unit doesn't have a dishwasher. Smaller bathrooms (only for 2B units) One has to pay for washer and dryer."

"When you leave the apartment, they will keep your deposit, like charging 250$ for something just worth of $10, which was originally broken. Making you keep paying for the facility after leaving (while they promised they will call the energy company to take over the facility cost). And the office people are also rude."

"You make it damn near impossible to rent an apartment. Don't think to many people are making 3 times what the rent is just to move in. Its not reality especially now with how everything is. Always paid my rent on time and never been evicted. Could of had an excellent tenant but oh well plenty of other places around."

"Lived here for over 8 yrs now. Have had the opportunity to watch the complex slowly go down hill. Meaning for this is simply in these areas, Rent - yes is one of the last apartment complex in Henrietta that charges under $1000 per month (not that this place is worth it), Repairs/work orders - place them and well you might get a repair done quickly for little jobs, if your kitchen cupboards are falling off the wall.. MAYBE repair in 2 weeks. Location - it is convenient to a lot of shopping and companies. Neighborhood/Neighbors - had one or two decent people live around us. Now it's mostly college kids, loud obnoxious, partying too much puking over the rail of balcony, too many illegal drugs, manager don't care. Office Management - be prepared for unwarranted bad attitudes when you call them. Again they just want their money and don't care unless they see it happen right in front of them."

"THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. The administration people at the office are incredibly rude and unhelpful. The manager is the worst of them all. They need to take a refresher course on Customer Service and Communication. I am so sick of this apartment complex and all of the mistakes, and I CANNOT wait to move out. 3 weeks ago I received a letter stating that Spectrum cable and WiFi was getting installed and I needed to move a lot of my belongings to give the guys room. The note said they would come in the next three days. Turns out they made another mistake and didn’t communicate the weekend didn’t count as part of the three days. So 5 days later, my apartment is still a mess and disheveled from having to move EVERYTHING out of my storage unit, and the spectrum guys didn’t come yet. The letter from the manager also said that an employee of Clayton arms would be entering the apartment with the cable guys. Nope. The employee was just hanging out on the staircase watching videos on his phone. When I called to tell the office this the explanation was “he was probably watching multiple apartments.” Really? Cause all he was watching was a video on his phone. So now three weeks later I STILL don’t have cable, and the manager says that Spectrum hasn’t told them when they’re coming back yet. But when I called Spectrun they had a clear date that they’re planning on coming, and corrected all the misinformation the apartment manager told me. Not to mention how moldy and disgusting the basement of this building is. The washers and dryers are literally always dirty. The cabinets and carpeting in our apartment are older than dirt, and the cabinet doors don’t stay shut because they were installed so crooked. When I called the after hours number a few weeks ago I was hung up on, and when I tried to report this to Eastwood Management they couldn’t have cared less. This is a terrible place to live with terrible management. If you are considering moving here just trust me and don’t do it."
