"As the deaf senior resident over 60 age who speaks in ASL(American Sign Language), but is Bi-Lingual and the Gallaudet University graduate with my Class of 1981, I like Rochester View Apts. as the safe and secure "Deaf-Friendly" and "Environmentally-Friendly" Apartment Complex in Henrietta, N.Y. as I am greatly satisfied since my first move-in on Thursday September 24, 2015 as I feel more comfortable in the better and safe "home" environment.
