"Our first quote from a different company was very high and we decided not to use quartz. On a whim I did a google search and found Roc City... so glad I did. Not only was the price in our range we expanded the project and included a table and large back splash. Gisela, was awesome and went way beyond what I would have expected to accommodate our time schedule (she treated us like a friend from the 1st phone call). Jon was a wealth of knowledge and helped Cortney and Steve install because our location was a bit out of their normal work range. I was amazed at there attention to detail and their work ethic was like I have never seen from a contracted service! We went to them with very high expectations and they far exceeded what we ever hope for! I highly recommend this group!!! Thanks!!"

"I was ready for a kitchen makeover and wanted to upgrade my countertops.. A good friend told me to check out Roc City Granite. I thought with my budget I couldn’t afford to upgrade to quartz. I didn’t check out the hours before I showed up after work, little did I know they were already closed, but a very friendly and helpful, Gisela took the time and walked me through all the different options and assured me that I shouldn’t be worried that I couldn’t afford it rather, I should just check out all the different options and prices and she was right. I was able to find a stone that not only did I love but fit my budget as well.. Despite several delays during my kitchen makeover and my counters being cut and ready to install, the staff patiently waited when I needed to reschedule. Now that it’s complete I know I went with the right company. Dealing with friendly, professional staff with excellent communication and quality work is all I could ask for. Jon explained the options & helped us choose the perfect countertop material, he came out to take the measurements and explained the install process. Isaiah and Steve were professional and friendly. They were precise and attentive to details. We also ordered a new undermount sink from them which I love. The countertops are beautiful & we've gotten several compliments on them.
