"My grandparents have been there for 20 years and everything is so convenient for them. Maintenance are there a phone call away and there is always something good said about the Property Manager (Serica) . The amenities are awesome and everything is close by for them which is a plus! For them to have live there this long says it ALL... No place is perfect and you will get that anywhere you live but this is their HOME!! Thank you"
"My parents have been a resident of Courtyard Apartments for 20 years. They have enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the convenience of having nearby essentials which makes it easier for them. The amenities are awesome knowing that they don't have to leave their apartment to do their laundry... such a convenience :) Maintenance staff are always there a phone call away .. The property manager (Serica) is AWESOME she has a quick response to any of their needs and concerns... Thank you Serica !! This is where they call their HOME....and if they are happy I'm happy as well. :)"

"I have been a resident of Courtyard Apartments for 6 years, and have to say that although there are always going to be issues that arise, the communication between management and the residents, like me, make the difference. The maintenance team are most helpful, as well as Serica, the property manager has a quick resolve. I have stayed here because I haven't found, and yes, I compare, any other property in this rent range with 2 full baths and privacy in the back for enjoyment. I truly enjoy my neighbors and have no plans to move."
