"Filthy common areas. Lazy maintenance. Overflowing garbage rooms. Balconies have structural damage use at your own risk. Windows don’t open. Major water problems weekly shutoffs and other issues. Heat usually out. No AC in summer. Slow to make repairs in units when needed (if at all). Not worth the high rent."
"Recently moved into Oak Hill Terrace Apartments with my service dog. We have been unbelievably welcomed by the staff here and am grateful that we made this move. Junior E. Has gone well beyond making us feel comfortable and safe in our new apartment. There have been one or two minor hiccups, however,?quickly resolved with smiles from staff. My dog and I are glad that this is where we chose to live. I’d give more stars if they were available."
"My experience with Oak Hill Terrace Apartments has been a very good one. The people that I have worked with, Manager, Junior Espada and Realtor Rep. Alayne and Maintenance man, Joel, have been very accommodating and professional. They are warm and easy to work with. Their effort to make living in this community as pleasant as possible is overwhelming. I would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting a comfortable place to call home ... and the plus is that I was able to keep my wonderful little companion with me here ... they are very dog friendly and provide beautiful areas for them to enjoy, like their own dog park right out front."
