"I decided to gut-renovate my powder room having never done a project like it before. The team at Best Tile saw me through the entire seven month (!) process and cheered me on the whole time! My first few visits were a bit overwhelming and Shantel did her best to patiently assist as I selected everything I'd need for the job (she even had to explain WHY I needed some things as at the time I had no idea how to tile.) Ordering everything so far in advance was scary, but she followed my plans and we got the math pretty darn close! Yes, there were weeks when they were busy and couldn't "hand hold" or when some things shipped a bit later than I wanted, but after seven months of stopping in almost every single weekend, I got used to the flow of the store and ordering and the process was generally painless. Ralph even made an important contribution early on to the design that made a huge difference! The store's return policy can feel strict in some areas as I don't like to encourage waste and would have returned a few leftovers BUT I was minimally impacted by this for this project. I COULD NOT have built my bathroom without the insights, expertise and support from folx at Best Tile."
