"If I could leave 1000 stars for this complex and its' staff, I would. I recently moved across country for a job transfer- which in itself was a scary and stressful transition- but from the very first contact I received from the property manager Lisa to the day I moved in was beyond professional and comforting. Knowing that I was coming from states away, Lisa made sure I got settled in and needed for nothing. Not only is the staff here exceptional- I was honestly taken aback when I walked into my new townhome! It had all new cabinets and countertops, new plumbing,(in BOTH bathrooms) and a brand new stove with above-range microwave. I was even able to add a brand new washer and dryer to my rent payment each month that was delivered to my home not even a week after I was there. The complex itself is neatly kept, friendly and quiet neighbors, responsive and knowledgeable maintenance and leasing staff all in a very desirable neighborhood. With all the apartments and units for rent in Rochester, I feel like I hit the jackpot for sure. Keep up the PHENOMINAL work, guys! I will definetly be calling Chartwell Townhouse Apts my home for years to come!"

"I recently had an outstanding maintenance experience with Yaro at my townhouse complex. Having lived here for four years, I can honestly say that Yaro's professionalism and dedication have set a new standard. Yaro was polite and professional from the start, putting me at ease. What truly stood out was his attention to detail. He not only fixed multiple issues but also walked me through all the work he did, ensuring I was completely satisfied. This personalized approach was a refreshing change from past experiences where maintenance was done without any concern for resident satisfaction. I've been truly impressed with the positive changes Chartwell has made recently, including having an awesome property manager, Lisa, on board, and bringing in skilled professionals like Yaro. "Lisa in the front office has been nothing short of amazing! I have been moved in for a week now and the townhouse looks incredible. Everything is brand new and updated. I had an issue with the AC and maintenance was out to look at it within the hour. It was deemed that the unit was bad and another one was ordered the same day. I highly recommend anyone looking for a nice place to live in a small community to submit an application as soon as a unit becomes available!"

"Horrible place to live. The area is great but this is the worst community I have ever lived in. The basement is unusable due to the amount of mold that continues to appear down there. I am told it is fixed, by spraying and wiping it away, but it manages to return. The basement has flooded multiple times, with no meaningful repair done. Service requests take days to be completed and are patch jobs. I have reported a mold issue on Sunday morning, today is Wednesday and they still have yet to address mold growing in living spaces. If you care about your health or your family, do not come here. The first image is the image from when I moved in. The second, third, and fourth images are from today. The maintenance staff has told me countless times that MarkIV refuses to replace things until they actually break. This means that the maintenance staff will seem something that is about to break and will wait until they receive a call that it actually broke. When something is replaced, it is replaced with another one that is close to breaking. That are very strict on the lease and the lease terms, even if it is a health hazard."
