"Was lucky to call this place home for almost 2 years. I was one of the first to move into the new development, and I wouldn’t have moved out if I didn’t have to move out of state. Lovely community, lovely management. I had no issues, and when I did, maintenance would resolve it in no time. I had the best neighbors, super friendly and loving. I lived on the second floor so I couldn’t hear my neighbors downstairs or next door. Only times I’d hear anyone was from my room, the person living next door would talk on the phone very loudly and stomp when walking so I can’t imagine how their downstairs neighbor felt lol other than that, I’m sad to have left but for the price, you can’t beat Lehigh Park."

"Near-Zero support from "mgmt." - noises, smells, secondhand smoke... doesn't matter to them - and rent just increased. Brilliant. ~ Don't bother complaining about neighbors' [anything], they'll feed you some nonsense line about needing to respect peoples' personal liberties, even if you can point to the precise place in the lease you signed where a rule is being explicitly broken. ~ Maintenance was a joke; I straight up just stopped asking them for "repairs." They'll replace broken parts with other parts just as damaged, literally foraging other empty apartments for their used and damaged items to come and "fix" yours with them. ~ From my brief experience with these people - mgmt. & maintenance - I can now verify : they say as much as they can to do as little as possible. -and then they sit back on their laurels and rake in your cash from the excessive and still-rising rent. Does every apartment complex in this city get worse with time?"

"Michele, I would like to compliment you and your staff on the way the pool is being managed. Josh and his team of lifeguards are great: reliable, professional and courteous at all times. The pool (and pool area) are clean, there are good quality chairs and flowers, and the pool is heated to a comfortable temperature. I have lived at Lehigh Park for 10 years and this has been the best pool season ever. Thanks to you and your staff for the great job you are doing."

"Amazing management! Thanks to Bobby and all other staff. They are very well connected and always respond fast to all queries and concerns. We never had to wait for anything. Always get notifications on time. Grass is cut on time. Repair work is carried forward in a timely manner and above all for the price apartments are nice and have laundry in every unit. Emergency calls like no heating are always answered rapidly. They always keep updating the contact information for relevant persons. They take care of your privacy and also help you locate your missing packages. 1. Apartments are specious and well ventilated. 2. Own door entrance. 3. Very quite and green area. 4. Close to all major routes. 5. Close to all major shopping areas. 6. Friendly neighborhood. 7. Heating/cooling system is top notch!"

"This place is great. The location is perfect and everything inside the apartment seem to be up-to-date appliances. The service management is also extremely quick (will show up to fix your issue within 30 minutes to an hour) from what I’ve experienced, and the people are very nice. I highly recommend this place and would happily answer any questions you may have. I’ve been living here over a year and just signed another 18 month lease. Love it here"
