"Fired maintenance man because he lied about what work he was doing, which was none. Complain about dirt, hot water burning me, curtains move in with the wind, refrigerator leaks light, mold in storage unit, faucet leaks, need a new toilet seat, thermostat. Maintenance Man dropped off 2 tubes of chalk and a tube of spackle and wad told chalk is not a filler when asked for more. Refuse to reimburse for any work done when will charge 45.00 per hole on move out. Would not recommend."
"A family member has lived here for many years. The complex was recently purchased and the new ownership is poor. The hallways have not been vacuumed or cleaned and the air conditioning and heat have been problematic. Management has not been attentive to their residents with cold apartmens. Nice location, but poor management."
