"As a former resident of Rochester, I recently relocated for a job and only had my apartment here for 2 years. It was the BEST place in the world. I enjoyed every single moment in my apartment. I cherished it for as long as I could. I just wanna take the time to say thank you to Christina, Meriem and Teresa who are the best leasing agents you could ask for in the whole of Rochester. I moved to New York City and the housing market is very expensive and difficult. I think about my apartment that I left behind every day. If you are looking for a place to call home, make sure to give them a call."

"They repaired the refrigerator quickly....now it's the other adjustments that I requested that needs to be looked at. THANK YOU, we finally have a shower....awesome job...need more men like you to help your tenants"

"I have not lived in this place, nor would I I’ve only been to visit in search of an apartment. This is a place that I would not live for the amount of money they charge is ridiculous. The buildings are like scenes at a horror films. The basement was like a dungeon, where some mad man would keep you hostage, and that’s where you have to do your laundry had a terrible odor was not clean at all. Not to mention the stairs going to the basement were old and decrepit the handrail was loose very loose! Oh yeah, the carpets in the apartment were stained and that apartment was ready to move in??? no updates whatsoever very old"

"The apartment I live in is “ok”, I live in second floor one bedroom, its clean well ventilated ( which is important ) never had problem with the maintenance team, I only call them for serious issues and they are on it immediately. The ladies at the front dest are very professional and respectful( Mariam is awesome). Now why 2 stars simply because the rent is too high for the property I pay about 1000$, not to mention that 2 bedrooms starting 1700$ which is ridiculously high. I only renewed my contract because I had so much going on then and I did not have the time to look for other options plus could not afford the month to month payment. Hopefully the management will do something."

"I only gave 1-star because of the potholes in the parking lots and driveways but will revise it to 5-stars once those repairs are made. Potholes are a quality of living blight and should be taken care of. These apartment buildings seem very decent otherwise and I have an acquaintance that lives here and loves the 2-bedroom apartment. The area is quiet and close to many places of interest, shopping, expressways."
