"They are great people who are very kind and understanding. They have a pool for the summer, and if anything goes wrong in the apartment, they are very quick to come and fix the problem. If I were to rate them on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I would give them an 11. Wonderful place to live. Alan"

"Sadly I left stoney creek they have new management that are awsome I was happy untill my husband passed I moved thinking it would be better for me but I moved to a terrible place no maintenance men only one person in the office doing 100 other things . My apartment wasn't turned , cleaned many other issues I will come back to stoney creek the grass isn't greener o. The other side , this new apartment has caused me more stress then ever one maintenance man one cleaner no experience, thank God due to all the issues iam being released . The office acknowledged all the trouble I have had ."

"We got a townhouse here in December.and we have had trouble since we been here neighbors don't watch there children there outside all hours of the night riding bicycles walking all over other peoples lawns people just don't watch there children certainly not respect others.were working with management but if things go..keep up we will go elsewhere..management has been very helpful so far..my mom has been here for 28 yrs and it was Beauitful.but it has gone downhill hope it doesn't get worse I still have relatives at stoney Creek every time I come here a lot of people here have sheets on the windows for 3 4 5 months I thought that was illegal in the paperwork. Anita is wrong the children in the 933 are we're unsupervised and they were wondering around the neighborhood all hours of the night with there bicycles..... believe what you want drive around and see for yourselves..check out this complex for yourselves.... Worst place I've ever lived at don't go there....Don't move here my aunt and a few other people I know are moving out due to children walking around the complex at night herrassing older people looking in there windows you call the office and then don't want o do anything about it I guess there scared to say something..what a shame they rather have good people move out and the scum stay there"

"DONT MOVE HERE!!! Rent go up every year 15-30$, You can’t have a charcoal grill or a fire pit. The town houses are cheaply made for what they want on a monthly basis. They have poor communication with the office. They miss placed my rent Check asked if I can send them out another one but end up receiving it and never even gave me a call to let me know I had to call them and didn’t even offer an apology for their mixup"
