"I dont like Morgan property, if your coming outta home that made you responsible for your own items like stove refrigerator, those things not cheap, these apartments will not allow you to bring your own or to have the items on property, meaning you will have to pay for a storage to keep those things in more money being spent or you will have to sell witch can take months, so this property is not a good fit, its sad they want so much money for these places, its sad that property 2 years from now nobody gonna be renting from this place, they gonna be forced to sell the property!"

"This is my first time writing a bad review unfortunately! I’ve stayed in a few apartments in Rochester and never had such a worse experience, These apartments are stated to be luxurious yet they do look like sure is on the outside but if you go within it’s anything but that. First off you cannot take a warm shower you only have warm water within 5 to 10 minutes within your shower after that it is ice cold. Continuously we were told that we were going to get help and which they did come in and help us but nothing was changed. When we first moved in the fridge was not working for about three weeks and all of my produce and groceries were molded. Once I asked them for a refund on my groceries as stated they said that I had to call the insurance and they were not gonna refund me on any everyone in the building also agrees of that. As well as if you do enter any of the bathrooms they do not flush if you go in any of the bathrooms in the local gym area they are full of urine that cannot be flushed. The management team is so unhelpful they do not care about the people that are living in this building. I definitely do not recommend this place it is so overpriced. Again I hate that I have to write something like this but please do not live here the management does not care about your well-being. Speaking to other people in this building I’m not the only one. (I have more proof of the pictures of the molding food as well as the toilets I’m just waiting to find them because I currently moved, Will be uploading those as well)"
