"My car kept getting broken into on the daily, I almost got car jacked, and the kids run wold. Its just a crime central.. its worst than living in the city. Not to mention the infestation thats there. And very poor management. If i could give it no stars i would."

"So my daughter called to inquire about an apartment and was given some information. We went down to fill out an application and were told we were supposed to make an appointment. That would have been nice if she was told that to begin with. She was also given wrong information on the phone according to the office employee who was a bit rude. Unfortunately customer service is not what it used to be."

"Greece commons would have potential if it was not infested and filthy. The office is aware of the problems in ALL OF THE BUILDINGS, I know it is the people that live in these units responsibility to help keep it clean but the office will still give you a tour and have you sign a lease for 12 months; knowing that there is a infestation of MICE and ROACHES. I had roaches in November..they sent an exterminator and right after thanksgiving there was a baby roach in my kitchen. The problem is not fixed until the entire building is taken care of. Tenants leave garbage in hallways for days or behind the bushes, kids leave the hallways a mess. I will not be renewing my lease at all. I would give greece commons 0 stars if I could."

"Horrible . Over priced under maintenanced this was supposed to be a new start for us and this was MAJOR disappointment I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ! PSA IF YOUR LOOKING TO MOVE TO NOT MOVE HERE YOUR MAIL WILL BE STOLEN OLD NOT UPDATE PAINTING OR APPLIANCES 2-10 and it’s only a 2 because it’s a warm place to sleep ."

"Roaches..Rats..need I say more? I approached the office with the issue and they offered to treat my apartment, but when I asked about the surrounding apartments, the lady in the office(short hair, glasses) stated: “since your the only one that has complained..no”. Meanwhile, my neighbor works in the office stated while being in the office, that she has also seen a few…this place is disgusting and not worth the $1,000 with all the hidden fees and cable that you don’t need added to it."
