"As a former resident of 2 years, I thoroughly enjoyed living at Rustic Village. The administrative staff were always friendly in person and on the phone, and the maintenance staff were friendly, prompt to appear, and then fixed things quickly. On more than one occasion, I submitted a maintenance request in the evening, and it was resolved before noon the very next day -- requests in the morning were often dealt with before the end of the day. I would recommend Rustic Village without hesitation to someone looking to find a quiet, reasonably priced, and well-run apartment complex."
"It's so nice to live here. The space is perfect for family life. The staff is friendly and always there to help you. The management always lets you know what's going on. I feel safe and happy living in this place. Thank you to management, housekeeping, maintenance, and security for doing your job well."
"We lived here for two years and it was a really good apartment complex. Apartment includes everything needed and great outdoors. A very safe neighborhood and the management was really good with maintenance and any other issue we had. Has laundry in building and a space to store bikes. Also separate storage units for each apartment. They are good with cleaning snow in roads during winter. Also bus route goes through the area and for RIT and University of Rochester students school shuttles go through the area. Enough parking space for everyone. We made sure to thoroughly clean everything and got the full security deposit. They increase the rent each year but without any development in the apartment condition and it was too much for us. That’s the reason for moving. Highly recommend specially as the first apartment in the area."
