"Cedars of Chili is an ok place to live. Everywhere have there ups and downs rather be with office staff or residents. I have learned two things in my life living in apartments. #1 keep your business to yourself…#2 stay out of others business unless it’s directly effecting you. Due to that main reason of keeping to myself and not having others in my house I get a lot of dislike. That doesn’t bother me one bit because I only deal with like minded people such as myself."
"I would not think about moving here if I were you. I received the letter in the mail. And I went to the main office to try to handle the matter. They told me the Michelle's that's in. The office told me to get out. Or they were gonna call the police. I told them to call the police. When the police got there. She said to the police. Oh, get her out of here before I choke her now remind you I am victim of domestic violence. Fruck the Karen's they changed to Michele's now. Very unprofessional pointing in my face and everything. Both need to be fired."
"Never any hot water, you have to keep calling maintenance to reset water tank every week. Heat stays at 72 in the winter and the house is still freezing. After maintenance fix the issue it’s the same issues every week so sad ppl and their kids live here and share the hot water tank where theres NEVER any hot water."
"I wouldnt move in cedars if it was the last place on earth they lie about everytying and they will put you out with a drop of a dime they dont call or let you know stuff and management is sad"
"Update to response: We did contact the office and everything. Talked about rent price and everything over the phone. They even set up a time and had my boyfriend look at the apartment for us. He explained the situation again and they gave him the app to fill out and then decided to let him know it is income based housing. The place looks very nice and NO where on the site does it tell you it's income based living. I wish they would have it on the site or let you know when you call to make an appointment to see the place, that way you don't waste anyone's time, knowing we would be above the income limit."
