"I believe I'm going on my 5th year at Windsor Gardens. I can't say enough good things about the maintenance team over here, put in a work order online and usually within a day or two someone shows up and it's fixed that day. Never had an issue or any complaints about anyone, they're polite, easy to work with. The Welcome Center is a nice place to go, do laundry, work out while you do the laundry, and then free internet access while you wait, if you don't feel like going home. This is a central location to mostly everything in Spencerport/Gates/Chili, smack dab in the middle. Super easy to get around, low traffic. Highly recommend checking this place out!"

"I like it here quite a bit and intend to renew my lease for a second time this year. The area is quiet, the apartment is nice, the pool is great, and having central AC is sooooo good. The office has always been highly responsive and really nice whenever I reach out with a need or for help (Laurie has been a great help). Maintenance has always been quick during the few times I've had to request their help. I have to wonder if the majority of people who enjoy living here just do so quietly and it's only the few unhappy former or would-be residents who leave bad reviews ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I lived in a standard 2bd/1ba apartment for a year, then upgraded to a 2bd deluxe. The pictures attached to this review are from when I moved out of the standard apartment, so any cleaning problems are on me, not the complex. I still got almost my entire security deposit back though, so I don't think my cleaning was too bad lol."
