"I loved living in Parklands of Chili for the past couple years! Christine is a wonderful property manager who is always on top of everything. If you need anything, she is super responsive and helpful. The maintenance is great as well, if I ever had an issue (rarely did) they would come out and address it quickly, even when it was just replacing some lightbulbs for me. I know they’ve done a lot of updating recently in their units as well!"

"I have lived here for almost 3 years and have gone through 4 property managers, most currently Christine who is phenomenal. She responds to phone calls and emails quickly and goes above and beyond to answer your questions and plan community events like sidewalk sales and ice cream socials. Maintenance responds quickly, apartments are well kept, and the rent is reasonable compared to similar properties in the area. It’s dog friendly, but no dog park, and lots of friendly pups in the neighborhood. There is also always enough parking for all the residents plus visitors. Close proximity to black creek park. Only negative thing that I can say is that there is no security deposit to get back, but you do have to pay a $600 non-refundable community fee and the dishwashers and stacked washer/dryers are the cheapest models they could get. They still work, but we have had our washer replaced twice. I have loved living here"

"Beautiful and well kept complex. My apartment is spacious and I like how open the kitchen/living room area is. Fireplace and balcony are awesome, especially when it comes to decorating. Anita is great and quick to get you whatever you need. Maintenance responds ASAP and they are friendly and efficient. 5/5 ⭐."
