"Leroy meadows is a great place, neighbors are friendly. The staff is exceptional whenever I’ve called they have always returned my call. They generally respond the same day or the next day. Yes the parking lot needs repair but the manager we have now is doing his best to clean all issues up. Henry manager, and Eric maintenance man do a great job!!!"
"I lived here for 5 years and this place is a dump!! Kitchen & bathroom floors were 50 years old and in very poor condition. All of the appliances were very old and not working properly. I bought my own stove and ended up having to leave it there. Toilet ran all the time and my water and sewer bill were very high due to the toilet that needed to be replaced. Hallways never mopped or kept clean. On my deck, the wood was rotted and in very bad and unsafe condition. Holes made by squirrels in the dry wall on my ceiling and visible. I saw squirrel paws when I looked up. Duct tape was put over the holes which was a joke!! I had the Le Roy code enforcer there 3 times to investigate. Cheaper rent, but very poorly run and not maintained!!!"
