One Temple Square Apartments is a historic landmark located at 64 Temple Street in Fredonia, New York. With 91 subsidized apartments, we offer affordable housing to individuals who are disabled and/or 62 years or older. Our on-site security, maintenance, and management staff ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents. Laundry facilities and other amenities are also available on site.
Applicants must meet income level standards to qualify for housing at One Temple Square. The building itself is a silver medal-winning architectural gem from the 1903 St. Louis World's Fair, making it a treasured landmark in Chautauqua County.
