"The security deposit is a joke, they never return it. When you are in a hurry to move in, there will be extra charges outside the contract. It took several months for the utility maintenance service to schedule."
"Extremely disappointed in the lack of courtesy the landlords are giving to the residents. The parking spaces in the parking lot have still not been plowed since Friday's snow storm and today is Tuesday. This is unacceptable for the amount of money that is paid to live there with snow removal being part of the rental agreement. And this is not the first time this has happened this school year. Damage is being caused to vehicles and residents are inconvenienced when going to and coming from school and work. I was unable to get through in the phone as I was met with a recording that said something about reaching an undocumented number."
"I love it here. The rent is affordable considering all utilities are included, including cable and Internet, and laundry is free. Much cheaper than the dorms right across the street. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, and the apartments are quiet and pretty clean."
"I love that my apartment is fully furnished and I didn't have to worry about moving furniture...not that I have any of my own furniture yet anyway! Campus is super close. Laundry is convenient and FREE. Everything is pretty new. I've met some nice people here. All in all a good experience. :)"
"Park Place looks like a nice find at first. Then you realize the management are money hungry landlords. The office is almost never manned during hours posted. You will be charged extra for almost anything. And don't expect to get your deposit back unless your going to live there again. Charged us 600+ for "paint pulls" in the apartment. They didn't even paint anything. Find a better place to live, can find much better housing in fredonia for less."
