"Cozy, comfy and best of all, my mother in law loves living here. Only issue, motion sensored light mounted under kitchen cabinet for bright countertop working, has a mind of its own, annoying and so far, maintenance has been unable to disable it."
"Great apartments at great deals was just disappointed with the some things during my stay. Not worth going to in depth but thought it was unprofessional to ask if the apartment I was renting could be used for a tour with a 4 hour notice while I was still living there. Thought it was odd they didn't have a show room to show what there rooms look like. In the end I said no and they respected that but was just one thing after another and it made it stressful and as a renter it shouldn't be stressful to rent an apartment. Other then that great amenities and very nice apartments!!!"
"So far everything is so perfect. My building is so quiet. Everyone’s so nice... just moved in last week and my girl and I love it. It’s almost like a resort that you don’t even wanna leave to even go to work! Love it here. Michelle at the front is also super nice and compassionate. I’m so glad we chose to live here. I finally feel safe as corny as that sounds. Also 24-7 help if something doesn’t work or if you just need any help with anything. Amazing. My family when they visited we’re in awe."
"I cannot say enough great things about this place! We have lived here 2 years and have been so impressed by how the people who work here go out of there way to make Brookview feel like home. They were quick to get us a new microwave when the handle broke on ours, and when my husband broke a chair in the community room they graciously over looked it."
