Each unit, whether new or remodeled, is professionally cleaned and move-in ready for your convenience.
Rent with peace of mind at M.E.I.D., as we offer flexible month-to-month Rental Agreements and have a Full Time Property Manager available to address any questions or concerns. In case of emergencies, we also provide a night and weekend “on call” service. Plus, most of our rentals are Pet Friendly!

"Meadowview was the best "apartment living" experience I've ever had. I was there for about 9 months. The townhouses are very nice - hardwood floors upstairs and very nice tile and laminate downstairs. I really liked having a garage in the winter. Never had any problems with the neighbors. Everyone I met that lived there was friendly. Josh and his team are great and were very prompt in returning my deposit (without any hassle) when I moved out. I highly recommend Meadowview, especially if you have kids!"
"Stayed for 10 months. Clean, well-run, well-maintained. Had an apartment with carpet replaced with LVT, so bought lots of rugs. Not too attentive to our broken kitchen drawer, but this was before and through COVID. Would definitely recommend for anyone, long-term or in transition between buying homes."
"Living at the townhouses for two years was a great experience! Whenever there was an issue, the property manager Josh was quick to come to a solution. Aside from the excellent living space, Josh would continuously check in to make sure everything was ok with our living arrangements. As we moved out, he was very accommodating and was willing to help wherever we needed. Throughout the two years we never had any issues. "Lived there for a year, and enjoyed my apartment. Neighbors were nice and it was a peaceful community. Any issues that arose an email to management would have them corrected in 24 to 48 hours maximum. When it came time to move out the property manager Josh was very helpful and worked with me through the entire process. I would consider living here again some day."
"I've lived at Meadowview Town Homes for over 5 years. It's in a nice rural location, but still conveniently close to stores and other places you need to do errands. The buildings and grounds are kept up well and management sends a repairman quickly whenever I need one. The buildings are fairly new, so the insulation is good and utility costs are low. It's a friendly safe community and they allow pets."
