"Beautiful homes, great country area to start a family and a creek nearby which you can swim, fish, or wade in the water. Camping not too far away as well. Walmart is only ten minutes away plus other businesses."
"It's no place for kids! And can't have any fun at all there! No fires No basketball hoops or swing sets! No four wheelers or snowmobiles! Only single ring toddler pools allowed and have to be emptied every night! Its lame there and has gotten worse within the last 4 years! I'm soooooo glad to be out of there!!"
"This mobile home is alright to live in if you are minding your own business. A lot of individuals living there get into disputes or their houses will go up in flames. The owners also charge for property rent like it's no one else's business (which it is, technically, but the cost is outrageous). There is a new gentleman I've been informed of who drives around keeping watch just to bust you on barely anything. As long as you are ignoring everything, you can live peacefully, but that's a lot to ask for. The mobile homes only got upgraded after people had fires and some children died. Hopefully, improvements are headed that way soon."
"Looks like a quiet campground. It is however a trailer park but you can tell it's not your typical trailer park. Very well taken care of. The trailers on the property look fairly new as well and the people there seemed very polite and neighborly"
"Our visit was nice today. The park manager was very nice & helpful. We spent about a hour riding around looking at their mobile homes for sale and she even printed out the information regarding the ones we were interested in. Nice park, it you're looking to move, go visit this place. I know this park manager recently took it over & making some changes."
