"We have been renting our house since the beginning of 2020, and trying to get work orders taken care of gets no response from them. We've had maintenance work orders since we moved in but no response from the company at all. I agree with the other reviews, DO NOT rent from them; it's saddening that people get treated like we are less than from them. We are a military family, I had thought this company respected its tenants military or not. They have shown numerous times how they think of their renters. I'll never rent from them again."

"MILITARY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Marsha Gibson is the worst realtor at the company. We rented a home for three years, she was unresponsive to all work orders. We moved in the home and one of the rooms was painted pink, we have all boys. We took it upon our selves to repaint the room and she charged money to have it repainted. Everyone knows she over chargers for all repairs in order to help her friends of different businesses make money. I’ll never do business with them again."

"We used TLC for buying and a temporary rental while we found a house. In the middle of our house search the agent we were working with left the company and no one but her reached out to us and it was after she was already leaving. The whole situation was unprofessional and just done over text. At the same time we were already moving into one of their apartments, which they did a virtual tour of. We specifically asked about the cleanliness and she assured us it would be move in ready (We we’re moving with a 2 month old). We had to clean the apartment for three days to make it livable for our family. They advertise that their apartments are professionally cleaned but that is not the case. The apartment smelled like a pet store with dog hair everywhere, their was food debris in the cupboards, splattered all over the cupboards and stove, and the door was broken into and never repaired properly. We had to contact the rental manager once for an issue with the furnace and she was unconcerned about a family without heat. Only gave us the number to call and never followed up. This company obviously doesn’t care for their clients or the reputation of their business. I took a few photos while cleaning to move in, photo 1-dirty bathtub, 2&3- salt or sugar dumped all over the cupboards and 4-dirty oven. Very easy things to clean especially if you are hiring “professional cleaners”. Keep in mind I had to wash the walls by hand, three months after having given birth and home alone with a baby, and I paid them a $500 pet deposit to have my own pets there for four months."
