"Danielle Phillips & Samory Christopher did an outstanding job for me. In my 23 years of service I have never stayed on based but this was an outstanding experience, from start to finish. All staff always helped me and my family at anytime. Maintenance responds in hours, and clearing housing was so easy due to the staff and their willingness to help me and my family. I stayed in Sergeant Major housing which means individual house and large size but the staff made this so easy for us. Thank you so much!! Great Job."

Through constant communications, she made sure I was able to walk right into my new home on Fort Drum at the crescent community area. This has been the most speedy and successful house hunt process I’ve experienced. Special shout-out to the staff and the front desk reception. Service was exceptional!"

"Ms Kellie was AMAZING to my husband & I! We first called her when we found out my husband got orders and she walked us through the process of the application and even help with my animals. She then helped us through when we got our address and answered every single question when we called! During our move-in she was there early and greeted us. She even was able to secure our house early after 30 hours of driving! She went through the whole house and explained, in detail, every inch of our house and even safety features in the house. She kept us up-to-date with everything we needed to know about the house and answered all questions, even telling us questions she had that we didn’t think of for her house! This is the best looking and cleanest house we have ever been given. I can’t thank Ms. Kellie & all of Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes for their friendliness & professionalism. I highly suggest living here and if Ms. Kellie takes care of you, you’re 110% in good hands!"
