Overstock Flooring

"I will start by saying the price was very reasonable but the service was so so. We had flooring installed for our whole downstairs and wall to wall flooring installed our whole up stairs. The flooring was done but not completely. The men who came and did the work didn't even put on the baseboards we purchased and didn't even tell us, just left the job looking incomplete. The flooring quote didn't discuss that when putting down new flooring it would lower our existing baseboards so part of the job still looks incomplete because a half inch of wall needs to be repainted. The carpeting also was not vacuumed and the manager had to come and do it himself. Responsiveness was not great and I had to call multiple times to see when they would be coming back to fix my flooring by installing new baseboards. Overall the job is done and the prices were reasonable but they contract out the work which results in inconsistencies and not much pride in the actual end result."

"Incredibly disappointed. We had our kitchen floor installed 2 summers ago and the whole thing has been a mess. The installers showed up not only without the right materials, but were rude and tried to tell us "too bad" and that we "had" to use what was on their truck, even though we specifically ordered what we needed. They rushed the job and laid the tile and grouted on the same day. Luckily it looked fine but now the grout is almost completely worn away and I've called and asked to speak to someone about it, whoever it was took a message and I never got a call. I called again a few weeks later and left a voicemail. Still nothing. I've never left a negative review for anything but this is unacceptable."

When the delivery driver was having problems with his truck, Ben had no problem loading it in his car to deliver to my house. I would and have recommended Overstock Flooring to people. Thanks Ben"
