Try getting that kind of experience in a big box store. Shop local!"

"All in all I am satisfied, I feel they do their best for the type and size business they are. I wasn't thrilled with my sales rep. He promised to call me back several times through the sales process but forgot the majority of the time (over worked, under staffed, not motivated?) which delayed the whole order by about a week. Even though it was a 5-6k order. Not a big deal, but if this happened with every customer it would be a real pain. The doors all came as ordered, on time and the delivery guy was a gem. He even helped me bring them in. All in all I would use them again, just know what you need and call them, don't wait."
