"I have 3 bedrooms with white carpet. I use Sears all the time. Since the pandemic, I wasn’t allowing anyone in my home so Needless to say, the carpet became unbearable and dirty. I made an appointment with Sears to come out and I explained to the gentleman whom name was LEO that I know all the stains won’t come out so just do the best you can. My plan was to take the carpet up and replace it with another carpet but after Leo finished all 3 bedrooms, I was totally shocked at the outcome. He got every stain out and I couldn’t believe how new my carpet looks. My husband and I was in awe. I will definitely recommend Sears cleaning service but please ask for Leo if you want great results. Am a happy customer today! Needless to say, I won’t be buying another carpet anytime soon.
