You look at the photos and tell me I'm wrong. It's heartbreaking. #BLOCWork"
"It used to be for the children to enjoy themselves now it's just a hang out for the adults with no children and the ones that have children aren't interacting or keeping an eye on them it's always something going on between the adults and their children when an incident occurs and the rules that are posted needs to be more strict as far as no alcohol or smoking!"
