"I was diagnosed with acute asthma from smoking their from what I think, low tier flower. I asked for higher quality and was directed to the studio next door which was very sketchy. When I asked for a COA just to make sure it was quality, they threw me an attitude. I just needed to make sure this wasn't full of pesticides and growth hormones, which likely gave me asthma."
"Weed is good but what’s the point of spending big money when the sales dudes are bad people. Something off about giving your hard earned money to a bully. No difference whether I buy it on the street or this store it’s the same experience. Only with this store they get to pick and choose when to inconvenience you with the I.D request."
"I used to be a regular customer there until recently, and the displays of buds were taken out and hidden in the backroom, but only left out a list of different strain. I would rather see those strains to compare before I purchase. The guy said no cant look at until I buy it first. So I left right there and went to another place that is willing to show me several strains before i buy. Just NEVER buy anything without seeing the merchandise first. This place just lost a customer for good."
"Staff is mostly rude or has an attitude working there. Lucky to get acknowledgement though, even after spending hundreds. Product is inconsistent, the same product is either sold under a different name, or they plain don't give you the same thing you asked (and paid) for. Point system is also not tracked accurately, not explained appropriately, and is unpredictable depending on the worker there at the time. There is little to no service."
