"I'd give 10 stars if I could. I've been here 3-4 times this month, and I just found out about this place about that long ago. I walked in having only ever gotten cigars from a news paper clipping, and knew nothing. Gary Jr gave me the whole tour, and helped me find the cigar that was right for me. I came in the next week with a buddy that knows about as much as I do, and he did it again. The selection is niche, but they know what they're good at and they do it very well. I'd say their medium and up blend is where it's at, but the lighter blends seem to have nice taste and draw as well. The price is right where you want it to be for a casual cigar. I just picked up 6 today including the Pennsylvania Bulldog, Moduro Perfetco, Conneticuit Perfecto, and some others. This is a great place for newcomers to the hobby or long time enthusiasts of the craft. The lounge is comfy, and allows for some interesting conversation with the regulars. Will be back in a couple weeks for more! Thanks guys!"

"I was in town for business. Had an itch for some sticks while I was on my way out of town. Came Across Santiago Cigars. Met with the fella that runs the place. What a great experience. The Triple Ligero was my favorite out of the 6 I tried. I will be sending away for a case."

He took the time to listen to my flavor and strength profile, then he recommended cigars he thought I may like. He also took time to answer all of my questions and describe each cigar they had on hand. Best of all the 3 cigars I've smoked so far have been very good.
