"If I could give zero stars I would last summer I bought a Smok Scar Kit 7 color rainbow and I also bought 3 different juices coils and o rings I had it maybe a month if that I dropped about $250 or a little more on it cause it was a B Day gift to myself I did my research on this before I bought it at the time it was best top of line vape all you do is add your juice too it change the coils when they need it and thats it besides charging it so cool everything was fine when I bought it I had one if the guys in the store put it together for me so nothing was damaged from me not knowing how to do it myself I had 2-3 weeks tops took excellent care of it anytime I had a question about something or needed to refill the juice etc. I took it back in the smoke shop and they assisted me well one of the days after I left the shop I noticed it was leaking around the glass tank down so took it back in and said hey since you changed the coil and refilled it for me its been leaking can u please take a look and try to fix it they said I had to of dropped it or damaged it myself for it to do that and ABSOLUTELY NOT DID I DO ANYTHING TO IT PERIOD because If Im dropping alot of money on something I buy something that is top of the line and good quality and take excellent care of item. I asked them to replace it since I never messed with it they did all of the work replacement and fill ups on my Smok because I was new to using that and I wanted to make sure I knew exactly how to maintain it and care for it properly before I did any of it myself and on my own without any help they said they couldn't find my bill of sale and they never gave me a receipt I handed them CASH I did not pay by card and the only way to get repaired through warranty is to have a bill of sale mind you I gave them my name and number and told them once they found it to call me and I will come in to get it but after another 2-3 weeks go by no word from them no nothing I went back up there and asked them what was going on I was met with excuse after excuse so I just gave up I told myself Welp they got over on you so whatever they kept my money for I hope they got whatever they spent my hard earned money on it and they enjoyed it they couldn't return it or replace it cause they never actually had a bill of sale so they made up some BS and gave me the run around hoping I would just give up well over this past summer that same shop was raided for mishandling and mismanagement of funds and they had to close for awhile the old boss doesnt worl there anymore he now works at Tmobile now which is the store right next too the smoke shop he once worked at I don't know why people feel the need to lie scheme and scam others and cover their a** but I will never in my life step foot back in there and I tell people all the time don't buy anything from those crooks I hope they get shut down as soon as possible they are so corrupt and lining their pockets any and every which they can buyer beware don't go this store and buy any high price items"

"They’re were always amazing. Until I went in a bought a glo cart that made me extreamly sick. I still have it as well I called and they didn’t offer anything for it. I ended up in the hospital from it. I still have the cart. Which they said they get them from the manufacture but still with that there can be issues.
