"Eric and Jay are AWESOME!!! I flew in today and arrived at my hotel at exactly 10pm. I called this location and these amazing guys actually waited 15 minutes after closing to allow me to come and purchase my cigar! That is customer service at its finest. I’ll definitely make this my go to lounge when I’m in Buffalo or Canada. Super amazing guys and this is one of those rare occasions I wish I could give a business 10 gold stars!!!
