We bought our hot tub from one of his competitors, and when they weren’t available for service, I called Mark and he actually left his house to come over to the store and get the part I needed. When it turned out, I need further service, they fit me in and sent over technician. He diagnosed the problem, told me the part to order and how to replace it. He even offered to walk me through everything over the phone AFTER WORK HOURS!! Would highly recommend this place!!"

I’ve bought a few tubs for my different houses and will only deal with them. And if you need service, they do it fast. I had no hot water, and messaged on a Sunday.
