"Dear Manager at Staples store #1231, I wanted to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had with an employee named Jordan at the Utica Staples store. Despite needing assistance with a print order, Jordan claimed to be helping another customer, although she appeared to be passing off her tasks to a colleague. As a loyal customer, I find this level of disregard unacceptable and believe Jordan could benefit from an attitude adjustment. I hope you can address this matter to ensure a more positive customer experience."
"Worse location The manager is extremely rude and unhelpful. I came for two days to get a two page document printed out and couldn’t get. I ask the manager for help and she was unwilling to leave her desk and come help at the back to print the document"
"My experience at Staples was very great. Kayla, a young lady who works behind the cash register, did a wonderful job. She has provided me with excellent customer service, and answered my questions when/while I was purchasing ink for the printer/computer. She also went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing the ink at cheaper price than paying the actual price so that was very helpful of her. If you need assistance with your product, and getting good deals/discounts, Kayla is the go to person."
"Came in to look for a small safe. Found really good options surprisingly. Got my desired purchase and also recieved help by a few sales reps who saw me struggling to find what I was looking for when I got to the aisles. Reps were very friendly and helpful and one even came back to check on me and show me different options after I was already looking. Staples still does sell home phones for those who still want landline access. Copy and printer center in the front and self serve copying center."
