"I’m extremely disappointed and hurt to have been racially profiled by one of your employees tonight. I hope this is an isolated incident as I’ve come before and had great customer service. Please train your staff and to be helpful to the disabled community on top of being filled around the store they didn’t ask me if I needed help until I reached the counter. I’ll be back hopefully it’s a better experience if nothing changes I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and liquor authority because I wasn’t ID and that alone is a crime. All I’m asking is that you all do better."
"This place hits both service and selection. For a small place it is packed to the gills with all sorts of great bottles. In terms of service I can't name another store with such knowledgeable staff. The manager may look young but he knows just about every bottle on the shelf and is happy to recommend or just chat about all things spirits. You're in good hands as soon as you walk in the door."
