"Will never go back to Niagara Landing Winery. We made a reservation for winery. Immediately upon entry into establishment, the server stated there is a 12 person limo coming in15 minutes. Although we made a reservation we felt rushed. In meantime some of our party sat outside where there was a bee infestation. The server did not warn us. Bees stung my friend (it was her birthday). When we entered the winery requesting an epi pen and assistance, the server said call 911. When we asked for ice the server said have no ice (although they have a slushie machine). She needed to be rushed to the hospital and her birthday was ruined! The server was so rude and could care less of her condition. Wine lovers beee-aware!"

"Went with a couple of co workers from my real estate brokerage. The wine wasn’t my favorite I enjoy more dry wines and the selection was small. Also. Emma who was serving our tasting was very unpleasant and we could all tell she was not happy to serve us. I still tipped however, due to her service and very bland responses to our questions about the vineyard and wines we won’t be returning. She just honestly didn’t make us feel welcomed."

"Went to 5 different Wineries on Mother's Day. I had no clue what I wanted, because they had so much to pick from. The lovely lady that helped me was very knowledgeable & made the experience very enjoyable. And I could taste why they had so many award winning wines."

"So...we stopped here at 5:30 pm on a Saturday. The website said that the winery closed at 6 pm. I would think time enough for a tasting. Upon arrival, the servers all said that we could order a glass of wine, but not a tasting. There were four of us. We each ordered a glass of wine. We finished at about 5:50 pm. They said, if you want to purchase anything you need to do it now, we are shutting down our register. We did not purchase anything. The people working here were very rude. The wine was great, but I would not purchase because of the customer service."
