"Really good location by the airport. Plenty of places to eat. Service was good and the rooms are clean. Really disappointed that they have a peleton bike, like all Hiltons, but it wasn't registered with peleton and no one knew how to do it or at least didn't do it while I was there for 10 days. Not a huge deal, but disappointing"

"I typically love Hilton brand hotels. This was my first time staying at Home2, it will probably be my last. I think Hilton needs to rethink the design of hallways and rooms. Hallway is way too bright, long, and narrow. You feel like you're in a twilight zone hallway. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, need a deep cleaning. The actual room felt cold (not temp ). I'm not sure why they had so much counter space. I know most industries are short staffed. However, this location may want to hire a service to come in and assess what needs to be cleaned and refreshed. I clean enough at home. I shouldn't have to clean when i check into a hotel. Typically, i would have requested a new room, but they were practically sold out, and i was too tired... the sheets were clean, but the room didn't smell fresh to me. The unit for heat was extremely loud as well. It just wasn't the best night sleep. As a full-time working mom with twins and one chronically ill. It's the little things that make one night away priceless. It wasn't horrible, just not what i expected. The location is great, and the staff were kind. I appreciated that. Parking is free, and continental breakfast is free as well. They also had a nice gym and small pool. I want to thank the staff for showing up and encourage the owner to do an assessment of the little things...."
