"I had given these guys a call back in April 28th and left a voicemail in an attempt to schedule a consultation in regards to a very serious matter that I needed any form of help with. Yeah, it's June 2nd and I'm still waiting on a call! Obviously at this point the issue resolved itself for the most part, but I feel people need to know what my experience was. Whether it was an employee that accidentally forgot or whether they thought my call wasn't worth their effort, either way, extremely unprofessional on their part where their business is based off of literal professionalism."
"I have tried for a month to get in touch and set up an appointment regarding Immigration, left multiple voicemails for both the main office and Jessica’s extension who apparently handles the immigration case work, and no one ever followed up with me. Its rare someone answers the phone, and when they do, they can’t book an appointment for me to have a consult or meeting, they just tell me to keep leaving voicemails that go unanswered. I understand being busy, but if they aren’t able to take on new cases, I wish they would just tell us that."
"I submitted an application for one of their Matrimonial programs and was never followed up with. I had left several voicemails for various people and to date have not heard back. With reduced rate legal assistance being scarce, I could understand if they're overextended but the lack of communication was a huge issue for me. I'd recommend saving your money and getting legal representation elsewhere."
