"Far too many doctors are more interested in billable hours than patient care. It was such a good practice as North Shore Medical Group. That’s why so many good doctors have left or took an early retirement."

"Going down hill, quick. Firstly, back in 2021 the doctor I saw for a physical scolded me for not getting the COVID19 vaccine. Telling me that I was the reason the pandemic was still going on and that I was “quite selfish.” Additionally, one of the nurses refused to speak to me and walked out of the room when she found out I was not vaccinated and didn’t plan on getting it. Recently, as of the summer of 2023, this practice requires you to announce your pronouns and gender identity when calling and filling out paperwork. When you refuse, they’ll give you an attitude. Overall, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Politics shouldn’t be in the mix for healthcare."

"Please avoid this place at all costs! I gave them several chances but will be looking for a new doctor. It's a shame because the doctors are good but trying to schedule an appointment or talk to a doctor will literally take you hours. You can do some appointments online but not if you need something semi urgent. I also went through 3 doctors in a year as they keep leaving the practice and each time they make you seem like a brand new patient."

"While I really like the doctors at this group, the call management of the office group is terrible. You cannot directly contact a department and calling a doctor or nurse back is impossible. You can only call through the main number and speak with a "coordinator" Hold times are extremally long. This week I waited on hold to discuss a health concern for almost one hour only to be disconnected by the system."

"I came to this place with my father to see urologist. It was first time. My dad’s appointment was at 11:15am however when I got to the office I was told it’s 2pm. When I explain the office staff that I made appointment two months ago and I traveled an hour and half to get here. They helped me out and took my father little early even it was nurses lunch time. I just hope that call center is more aware and accurate about giving appointments because it’s hard for old people. My dad was seen by Dr Wagasakar, he was really knowledgeable and understanding. MA who took care of my father was very nice. Whole experience was quite nice. I am giving 4 star because of calling center and appointment schedule mess up."
