"Tiles heaven. I've never seen a place in Rochester with a variety of tiles. There might be any other place, but I have not seen it yet. We wanted to pick up splashback for our kitchen and were truly amazed with the variety they offered. We couldn't finalize any because we were overwhelmed. We shortlisted some and will get back. The flooring has huge options. Very good prices can fit any budget. The most helpful thing is the exhibits of tiles that give you a better idea for planning. Very well organized and managed store."

"Currently in the process of looking for tiles for the bathroom and for the backsplash for the kitchen and also some flooring. This is definitely a place you want to check out. You are greeted upon arrival by the friendly Associates and someone will be directed to you to help you in the planning process of whatever project you are currently working on. If you are a little bit stumped on ideas they will definitely bring some expertise and help you out to find the products you may or may not need. Very spacious Warehouse with plenty of options and make sure you take your time as there is a lot to see here. You are also allowed to bring some samples home with you that you do pay a small surcharge for but do get reimbursed upon return."

"My husband and stopped in there today and wow, there is a lot of flooring. Natalie (I think is her name, I'm terrible and I apologize) was so nice, and helped us out with questions that we had. Then we walked around to see all they had. Every employee we passed was super friendly. So much beautiful flooring."

"I absolutely love the selection, the cleanliness of the new store, and the excellent, super friendly and helpful staff! I love that they have solid hardwood herringbone floors, which are very hard to find, despite how popular they are right now. (Though, all the herringbone floors are special order, so just FYI.) I find the prices of their items very reasonable. For the Henrietta store itself, I would most definitely give five stars!!! However, Floor & Decor's online and special order experience, I would give only give two stars for. There are very few pictures of each item online, and there are no item reviews, which makes it pretty scary to spend thousands of dollars on a floor. I understand that items are returnable, which is awesome, however when you're waiting weeks to get them in, it's still a major commitment. The shipment time for some of their products I think is a little extensive. Two to three weeks is typical, even if an employee says they can see that it's in stock at the distribution Center. Also, on the website there is often a bait-and-switch with the shipping time. On a number of the actual item pages, it will say 5 to 10 days, and then when you add it to cart, in the cart it will say 14-20 business days. I just think that's a big discrepancy. This happened with a number of items I tried to add to cart online. Another thing that I think is a little extreme are the shipping charges. Even to have some items shipped to their own store, for us to go and pick up, is more than $400. And, ship to home is close to $500. Yikes. Also, it's unfortunate how the store employees have zero communication, or even allowed to have a phone number for the distribution centers, for them to gain information. They can only see what is in the system. It doesn't seem like good communication within a company. We ended up purchasing a special order solid hardwood floor from them. It said 14-20 days. There was no updates during that time frame. When I called on day 20, after still not hearing or seeing anything, the employee was unable to give me any update information and said that it could possibly be another two weeks before it arrived :/ With our house torn apart, it was very discouraging news. Another employee called me back shortly after that phone call and said that they think it would be to the store in a few days, but still couldn't guarantee it. I did finally receive a message saying the flooring was ready for pick from the store on day 22, after looking for another in-stock floor to purchase because I certainly wasn't sure I was going to ever receive this one. The pick up process went well. Again, the staff at the Henrietta location have been extraordinarily friendly, wonderfully polite and helpful -to the full extent that they were able to. The people really are notable. While I was there the second time, I thought to myself, "How did they find all these great employees?" (Even my 12 year commented on how friendly everyone there was, when she was with me, which she has never said about any place before.) They must have excellent management there. The American Spirit Iceberg 5 inch, straight run, solid hardwood floor that we purchased for some of our home is very beautiful, and we are quite pleased with the ease of putting it in and the look of the floor. Now, if we could order the amount of the American Spirit Iceberg herringbone hardwood that we really want for the downstairs, that would be amazing. We've been waiting for a couple of months still for it to become available. It will only allow me to add 9 boxes to the cart, without it saying "out of stock," when we need 24 boxes. So, as much as I really love Floor & Decor in some ways, in other ways, it has been frustrating. I would definitely suggest to them to add lots more photographs and even videos of the items online for better decision-making, allowing customer reviews of items online, make the special orders easier to obtain by cutting down on shipping times and reconsidering charging so much for in-store pickup."
