"We stopped in to the Innovations by VP showroom knowing that we wanted to update our kitchen lighting, but without having a very firm idea how we wanted to do that. We were pretty impressed by the variety of styles on display in the store, but we were really blown away when Emma Myles - the rep who worked with us - explained how much more we could find out about the display items by using QR codes, and then offered to find even an even wider variety of fixtures by checking availability of items in inventory but not on display. Emma was extraordinarily helpful, made the customer experience very, very easy, and ensured we left the store with exactly the fixtures that worked perfectly for us, and thinking that we got a great bargain.
