That professional help came in the form of Charlie O'Brien. He patiently walked us through a process that helped up understand what was possible and various alternatives that were available. Charlie made what I thought would be a painful process into a complete pleasure from start to finish. What we ended up with was a stunning new kitchen that truly transforms our home. Charlie not only helped us with the selection process, but stopped in regularly during and after the remodeling to make sure we were happy. Truth be told, we weren't happy. We were thrilled.
