LaGuardia Plaza Hotel

"Very pleased with my stay. The hotel is minutes from the airport. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly. The person who checked me in(Vanessa) is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, simply outstanding. The shuttle driver is extremely nice. It took about 10-15 minutes to the airport. The bed is very comfortable. My room was a nice size. Highly recommended!!!!"

"The stay was well, fine. The rooms where fine. You get exactly what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. MY ONLY ISSUE was not getting the $50 USD security deposit back. Before checking out I spoke with staff that I would be refunded the security deposit and they confirmed that the room was left with no extra charges. Its been a month. 30 days without a refund. Please refund me. I’ll be calling in the next week and am hoping I can up this review to 4 stars then after you’ve processed the refund. Thank You kindly."

"This is a great hotel for a trip out of LGA! Big thumbs up! Our room was very comfy, and the hotel had classic old school charm. The on-site airport parking was excellent!! The lounge had great food, although expensive. We’d definitely stay there again!"

"The rooms were comparable. This hotel is not a new hotel but it did have some old charms to it. It was clean and well cared for. Everyone from the front desk to the room attendants were friendly and willing to help at any time. The concierge was on his job daily. Wherever we wanted to go in the city he had a driver waiting for us. He gave us his cell phone number and all we needed to do was text him and he would have the driver waiting for us at the time we requested. His name was Xavier and he was wonderful! The food in the kitchen was also really good. It didn't matter what time that we got back to our room, we could order room service around the clock. The only reason that I gave location a four was because even though it was close to the airport, it was a ways away from the city. I believe it took us about 40 to 45 minutes to get into the city from this hotel. That is whether we were driving or taking the subway. The subway at the time that we visited was also changing routes and just making changes so that was a small issue as well. But, it was not too difficult to figure that out with maps and such."

"Excellent excellent service from the front desk with a woman named Vanessa! She took care of everything very professionally and I was good to go very promptly! The shuttle driver is also awesome! Very friendly. Excellent service across the board at LaGuardia Plaza Hotel. This is definitely my go to stay when I visit next time. Highly recommend!! ~Juan Santana"
