"Had the pleasure of spending a night at the Graham & Co and can’t wait to return in the summer to take advantage of the pool and outdoor spaces. Beautiful property, lovely room and the staff was so beyond friendly."
"What a fantastic property that has something to offer all-year round. We pulled up after the sun set and enjoyed chatting with the front desk representative, who shared more about the motel and gave us solid local tips. The room was super warm and cozy thanks to both radiator and mini split heating. Our dog was very happy to walk around the property with us and explore the quick walk into the village of Phoenicia. The owners are such gems and graciously showed us their spacious cabin, which would be a great place to come back with family. We just regret not spending an extra night!"
"Wonderful!! Staff, location and rooms. Warm, cozy- bedding and super hot shower felt fantastic after hiking. ( Have stayed in some places with poor water pressure). Nice little breakfasts left at door. And firepits!!! A great experience here. Walking distance to town, short drive to Tannersville/ Hunter. Looking forward to staying here again."

The hotel and property are incredible and the staff was so accommodating and kind, truly making us feel so welcome and were so helpful to us and our friends throughout the weekend! We would recommend it for anyone getting married in the area or just visiting!"
