"The wall of the room we stayed in was not flush with the ceiling which allowed light to come in from the adjoining room. We could hear EVERY word of the conversation happening between several people in the next room. It was 2am and there was no way we could sleep and there were no other rooms available. The phone did not work for us to call the front desk. Not a good experience at all."

"There isn't much to find fault with at this hotel. It is very well maintained, clean, comfortable, provides a nice breakfast selection, and has all the amenities. For the price, it would be nice to have a few more perks or a few more upscale selections for breakfast. It was pretty much the same sort of continental breakfast all the chain hotels provide. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights (w-fri) and were a bit surprised to see the rate increase each night. I guess I understand that some places do charge more on Fri/Sat night, but for an extended stay, it would be nice to see that rate stay the same each night. Coffee was very good - not always something that happens with chain hotels. Really the only option in EA so that probably contributes to the pricing too. Just seemed expensive for being part of a chain."

"Location was perfect - - an easy walk to the lovely little town area. The room was clean and quite nice. The coffee was really good, and the food was good and hot. The gym had what we needed. Every employee we met was very helpful and friendly."
