"Local resident shopper trying to get a few pre-storm rations, including milk for our one year old. The local news stations said Tops would be open til 7. Show up at 6:30 and it’s lights out! We need better options in EA. Cmon Wegmans, let’s go! Thanks for nothing TOPS."

"Lipstick on a pig... Multi million dollar upgrade was 10 years overdue. I went shopping with my wife last night. The place looked as though there is a storm coming but there isn't. Shelves not stocked.. We managed to find some weepy spinach at best. Is this the best you can do? Maybe spare the cosmetic $$$ upgrade and invest in good help or treat the people you have better and they will like their job better... How about a cashier open at night? You have plenty of workers standing around on their phones... We haven't been in since this "Grand Reopening" was announced... Huge flash in the pan..."

"Store 118 Customer Service Employee was not customer friendly at all! This store needs more than just a make over. Maybe you should consider Newly trained employees."

"The lady working the self checkout was absolutely miserable and rude. She had a short brunette hair cut with blonde highlights and was older. She acted like helping me was the hardest task and just kept gossiping with her other coworkers. Seeming visibly annoyed whenever someone needed help at self-checkout. Do better. I will not be visiting this tops any longer, the teenagers working here treat people with more respect than any adult I’ve come across."

"This would be a much higher review if not for the horrible customer service we received at the deli counter. We stopped at this store after 5 hours on the road to purchase lunch. A deli counter had a wide variety of subs and wtaps, among other things, to offer. We stood at the cash register under an order here sign for a very long time. The entire time, a woman was in the food prep area, wiping down surfaces. She looked at us repeatedly but never said a word. I called to her and asked if we could order wraps there. She came to the cash, got a pen and notepad and started to take our orders. Then she said it would be about 15 minutes. There were no other customers, so we said, "Really?" She responded that it would be at least 15 minutes before the person who could make the wraps would return from their break. What the hell? How rude to let us stand there all that time, take our orders, then tell us we couldn't even think of having any food for at least 20 minutes or more? This was just ignorance on her part. Then, she pointed out ready-made sandwiches in a case across the way. We spent 30 minutes in this store for no damned reason other than staff behind the deli counter was completely untrained in customer service and couldn't be arsed to save someone the bother of standing there for 10 minutes while she "not my jobbed" her way through the day. Other than that, the store was clean, bright, and well stocked, though the prices were pretty high."
