"All of the ladies there are friendly and super helpful. The doctor, however, either needs to learn patience or not work with children. He kept slapping my son’s hands away from his face and was very sarcastic with him. HES 6!!!! This was only the 3rd time my son seen Dr. Baker and he was very rude and was rushing. And he complained about my son’s glasses getting broken…last time I checked, it did not affect his life in any way, shape, or form. I was disgusted with his attitude, hopefully next time he has gotten a better nights sleep and doesn’t have to be mean to kids."
"I took 3 kids ages 7, 5, and 2 here by myself for 3 consecutive appointments and only afterwards did I realize how terrible of an experience it *could* have been. But it was wonderful! Dr. Baker is excellent and so talented. It was much faster in and out than we've had previously. We're grateful to have him in the North Country. We feel confident that our kids will keep getting great care and we'll stay on top of any potential issues."
