"I honestly wish I could give no stars. Believe the negative reviews you see. I used to go here for primary care but left because any communication on billing is non existent. Lucky me, this practice took over billing for my OBGYN at OBGYN OF WNY and I’ve been forced to try to contact them for billing concerns. I have called for almost a month to try and get answers, leaving messages on any phone number I was told to call. I finally had to get my OB involved because no once would answer me. Someone finally called me back but it was during the middle of my work day and she left no information regarding the best times to call her back. I tried to call back shortly after and was ignored again. I haven’t heard anything since. I’ve been nothing but patient despite not trusting this practice but now I’m furious. It’s absolutely ridiculous how a potential simple problem can be made into so much more because of no communication. I shouldn’t have to involve my doctor to get any type of communication for billing. I absolutely love my OBGYN Dr. Johnson but I’m strongly considering leaving the practice because I can’t stand any affiliation with General Physicians. Hope this gets someone to contact me back but I honestly doubt it."

"I Love the PA's they have at this office. Usually I want to see the Doctor, and I do once a year or more if I request,but I don't mind seeing the PA's They are thorough and show a real caring bedside manner. The office women are always nice as well. I will always go to them!"

"Front desk argued with me after I wanted to pay my copay at time time of appoitment. You would think that an office would want to collect a copay at time of visit instead of having to bill the patient after the fact. I have also tried to called to speak to a nurse and was on hold for over 30 minutes without given the option to leave a message to receive a call back. I am a working mom, I don't have time to sit on hold for 30 minutes to reach a staff member. I used to love going to the office but with the turn over so high and front desk not being customer friendly I may have to find a new provider. Office was great before General Physicians took over. I feel it went downhill quickly once they took over."
