"We purchased from this company before and wasn’t pleased with our product. This time we looked at other competitors first and was about to purchase our mattresses. My husband mentioned to return to Mattress Firm to see a Black Beauty to see if the price was better. Walking into the Queens location Peter, the manager was pleasant from the start and very informative by inquiring on our sleep patterns. We ended up purchasing two Stern & Foster with the adjustable bases. I am very pleased with the costumer service we received from Peter and would go back to that specific location for pillows and another mattress needed for our spare room!"

"Had an awesome experience visiting this location earlier today. Kudos to Peter, the Area Manager was very professional and he helped us choose what we needed. He sounded knowledgeable and explained their products thoroughly. And to his little Pete that showed us other specs of the product. They dont give you pressure just to force you to buy from them. They gave us the time that we need to decide. Even let us try their products as long as we want lol!
